key to my heart

‘Tis the season for love and who doesn’t love a contest? And who doesn’t love wonderful paper treasures? Suffice it to say we hope you will be excited to take part in our first chirps & cheers contest. For very little work, we are offering up a chance at a lovely prize. One lucky winner will receive a “key to my heart” goodie box of Vera Wang engraved notes (with a precious engraved silver key and keyhole) an artschool girl cutout key (from vintage childrens books) and a sheet of postage stamps so you can send love notes to the special one that holds the key to your heart. Just leave a comment to this post telling us who holds the key to your heart and why. We will choose the response that warms our hearts the most. Make sure to send an email to susankropp@me.com  with your contact email. The contest runs until midnight on February 13th so don’t delay. We can’t wait to start swooning over your sweet and heartfelt responses.

  1. The one (I guess I should say ones) who hold the key to my heart are my four granddaughters. I am fortunate enough to be able to see them everyday since we all (myself, my husband, daughter, son-in-law and the four girls) live together. They are my rays of sunshine on a cloudy day. I call them my sweet peas because, to me, they are the sweetest, most fragrant things there are, even when they really aren’t. The joy that fills my heart when I am able to hug them or just bend down and kiss them on the head us unmeasurable. I could go on and on but I won’t. Bev

  6. “So much of what is best in us is bound up in our love of family..” and the two people that hold the keys to my heart are my husband and my daughter. Because of them I truly know the meaning of kindness, forgiveness, patience, hard work, respect and unconditional love. What is best in me is because of the things I learned from them and for that I am forever grateful.
